My very first client for aromatherapy was an Australian actress and I did feel a bit anxious, but she had only come in for relaxing and I knew I could do that with a simple massage.

During the consultation Mary explained she had been in a car accident and had been thrown out of the car - the outcome was she had had to have her face reconstructed by a plastic surgeon, and had lived the past five years with terrible migraine headaches. I preformed the 1 ½ hour session using the No. 10 Body Oil for relaxing and the No. 1 Face Oil that is good for headaches, sinus etc. Mary enjoyed the session and seemed very relaxed and pleased with me and I exhaled happily when she left.

That evening as we were finishing dinner the phone rang and there was a very excited Mary on the phone babbling away in a high pitched voice and my heart froze. I thought perhaps I had done something wrong. Finally, I understood that she was saying in her thick Australian accent. "Judy…I fluffed my lines on the stage today, when I suddenly realized that for the first time in 5 years I did not have a migraine!!"

Another time I had a heavy set woman in her mid 60's and she was in great despair, as she had to stop going on hikes on the Quantocks Hills in Somerset, England, with her husband. Her legs had become too heavy and painful and arthritis had set in as well as high blood pressure. After the treatment and having drunk a large glass of water, my client went to spend a penny and called out to me to come in. Her water was black and had fizzed up. I explained that it was the toxins being flushed out of her system, and she calmed down. After her third treatment, she was back walking with her husband. "Judy, I feel like a new, young woman again, I don't know how to thank you!"

A model came to see me, desperate to lose the last 10 lbs after having her second baby. "I just can't get rid of it, no matter what I do - I'm so desperate I am tempted to stick my fingers down my throat!" She wailed. I enrolled her for a few sessions of ….you guessed! This time I used the NO. 11 for slimming. In two sessions and less than two weeks she was slipping on her little 0 size and was back to work!
